Position: Banquet Chef

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Culinary Arts or a related field
• Proven experience in managing all culinary aspects of banquet events, from planning through to execution
• Skilled in leading and supervising kitchen teams to ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
• Competent in overseeing kitchen operations and administrative duties effectively
• Experienced in managing departmental budgets and ensuring profitability
• Sound knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety, and sanitation regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
