Position: Banquet Chef
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Proven experience in managing all culinary aspects of banquet events, from planning through to execution
- Skilled in leading and supervising kitchen teams to ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Competent in overseeing kitchen operations and administrative duties effectively
- Experienced in managing departmental budgets and ensuring profitability
- Sound knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety, and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
