Qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within high‑volume venues
• Strong menu knowledge, order taking & service techniques
• Sound understanding of food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, guest engagement, and CRM mindset
• Professional grooming; calm under pressure; team player
