Position: Demi Chef de Partie
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years’ experience in similar role within high‑capacity kitchens
- Strong food prep & cooking methods; presentation & plating consistency
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation
- Recipe execution, time management, and stock/inventory control
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for quality and detail
