Qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in hotel/restaurant kitchens
• Basic cooking & food preparation skills; knife skills
• Understanding of ingredients, food safety, and hygiene
• Consistency in taste and presentation; follows SOPs
• Positive attitude; willing to learn; effective under pressure
