Position: Klymax Guest Relation Officer

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in guest relations/host roles in high‑capacity venues
• Excellent service recovery, conflict resolution, and report writing
• Strong coordination with events and restaurant teams
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food regulation basics
• Warm personality; brand ambassador mindset
