Position: Chef de Partie Butcher
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Butcher in hotels or resorts
- Expert knowledge of meat preparation and hygiene standards
- Strong knowledge of sustainability and cost control
- Good English communication skills
- Creative, reliable, and team-focused
