Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Capable of addressing issues promptly and efficiently
• Experience with Opera Cloud (Front Office) system preferred
