Qualifications:

• Male/Female with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in recruitment, training & development, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
