Position: Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire Human Resources function of the resort, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • *Act as a strategic partner to the executive committee, providing guidance on all HR-related matters.
    *Champion the Hyatt culture of care, fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
    *Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures.
    *Oversee performance management and talent development programs to nurture and retain talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective HR strategies.
  • *Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    *A high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
