Position: Learning & Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that align with the Andaz brand and Hyatt’s values.
- Manage the resort’s overall learning and development strategy, including onboarding, leadership training, and departmental skill enhancement.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Champion the brand culture, ensuring all colleagues are empowered to deliver authentic and unscripted service.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of all training initiatives and manage the L&D budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training or Learning & Development management role, preferably in a luxury lifestyle hotel.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate impactful training sessions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and passionate approach to colleague development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
