Position: Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that align with the Andaz brand and Hyatt’s values.
• Manage the resort’s overall learning and development strategy, including onboarding, leadership training, and departmental skill enhancement.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Champion the brand culture, ensuring all colleagues are empowered to deliver authentic and unscripted service.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of all training initiatives and manage the L&D budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training or Learning & Development management role, preferably in a luxury lifestyle hotel.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate impactful training sessions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A creative and passionate approach to colleague development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English.
