Position: Learning & Development Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs for hotel employees
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Assist in the induction and orientation of new hires
- Support the L&D Manager in analyzing training needs
- Organize logistics for training sessions and events
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Experience in training or HR coordination is preferred
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and administration
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
