Position: Learning & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs for hotel employees
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Assist in the induction and orientation of new hires
  • Support the L&D Manager in analyzing training needs
  • Organize logistics for training sessions and events

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Experience in training or HR coordination is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and administration
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
