Position: Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive learning programs
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for employees
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed
  • Manage the training budget and resources
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Passion for people development and coaching
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
