Position: Learning & Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs and develop comprehensive learning programs
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed
- Manage the training budget and resources
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Passion for people development and coaching
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
