Position: HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of personnel files
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Handle employee relations and address staff inquiries or grievances
- Support the HR Manager in administrative tasks and policy implementation
Qualifications:
- Experienced as the same role for minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Passionate about people and service
- Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in HR administrative tasks
