Position: HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of personnel files
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Handle employee relations and address staff inquiries or grievances
  • Support the HR Manager in administrative tasks and policy implementation

Qualifications:

  • Experienced as the same role for minimum 2 years
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Passionate about people and service
  • Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficient in HR administrative tasks
