Position: Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for various positions
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate database
  • Participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
