Position: Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for various positions
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate database
- Participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
