Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR leadership within hospitality
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and training initiatives
• Proficient in HR systems and reporting
