Position: Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR leadership within hospitality
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle employee relations and training initiatives
- Proficient in HR systems and reporting
