Qualifications:

  • Previous front office, guest relations, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
  • Well-groomed appearance and confident communication skills.
