Qualifications:
- Experience in guest service or front office role in hotels
- Excellent communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with positive attitude
- Proficient in hotel systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
