Position: Guest Experience Ambassador
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
- Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Create personalized experiences by anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest journey.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Preference will be given to outgoing, extroverted candidates.
- Strong ability to create personalized interactions with guests.
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
