Position: Guest Experience Ambassador

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
• Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Create personalized experiences by anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest journey.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Preference will be given to outgoing, extroverted candidates.
• Strong ability to create personalized interactions with guests.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
