Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position at a 4/5-star property, preferably from a chain hotel
• Strong knowledge and implementation of HACCP
• Proven leadership skills and strong business acumen
• Creative and familiar with food and beverage trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
