Position: Director of Food & Beverage
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position at a 4/5-star property, preferably from a chain hotel
- Strong knowledge and implementation of HACCP
- Proven leadership skills and strong business acumen
- Creative and familiar with food and beverage trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
