Position: Director of Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for all food and beverage operations.
- Lead and manage all F&B outlets, in-room dining, and banquet operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Control operational costs, manage budgets, and optimize profitability for the division.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage management team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position from a 5 star hotel background.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
- Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
- Familiar with current culinary trends and methods and anticipates and recognizes signs of up-coming trends and market segment.
- Proven track record in managing a large, multi-outlet F&B operation.
