Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of The 18th Restaurant & Lounge
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends
- Guest-focused with a keen eye for detail
- Fluent in English
