Position: Asst. Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing banquet operations and events
- Coordinate with the culinary and sales teams to ensure successful event execution
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure service standards are met
- Manage equipment inventory and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in banquet operations within a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
- Fluent in English
