Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, banquets, and room service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service
- Manage F&B staff, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory and control costs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a hotel
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of F&B trends and operations
- Guest-focused and results-oriented
- Fluent in English
