Position: Director of Food & Beverage (SGS-DOFB)
Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership of all F&B operations to ensure quality and profitability
- Develop innovative F&B concepts and menus in collaboration with the culinary team
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the department
- Lead, mentor, and train the F&B team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
