Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position at a 4/5-star property
• Strong knowledge of culinary operations and HACCP standards
• Creative with menu planning and food presentation
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
