Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or a relevant field is preferred.
• Expertise in managing multiple kitchen outlets, menu engineering, and food costing.
• Excellent guest experience skills, demonstrated through high quality culinary offerings.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a diverse culinary brigade.
• Strong ability to motivate staff to achieve excellence.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
