Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or a relevant field is preferred.
- Expertise in managing multiple kitchen outlets, menu engineering, and food costing.
- Excellent guest experience skills, demonstrated through high quality culinary offerings.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a diverse culinary brigade.
- Strong ability to motivate staff to achieve excellence.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
