Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role within the hotel industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Solid knowledge of cost control, HACCP/food safety, and revenue optimization
