Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to speak other languages besides English will be an advantage
- Hands-on knowledge of Front Office operations, SOPs, and PMS systems
- Capable of handling guest feedback and ensuring smooth daily operations
