Position: Concierge Agent

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for guest information and local recommendations.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and flight bookings.
• Manage guest luggage, mail, and deliveries.
• Build a network of local contacts to provide exceptional service.
• Handle all guest requests with a positive and resourceful attitude.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Concierge Agent in a 5 star hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of Jakarta’s attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
• Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
• Charismatic, articulate, and well connected.
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English.
