Position: Concierge Agent
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for guest information and local recommendations.
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and flight bookings.
- Manage guest luggage, mail, and deliveries.
- Build a network of local contacts to provide exceptional service.
- Handle all guest requests with a positive and resourceful attitude.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Concierge Agent in a 5 star hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of Jakarta’s attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
- Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
- Charismatic, articulate, and well connected.
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English.
