Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge in pastry arts with proven hands-on experience
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Capable of leading, motivating, and developing a pastry team
• Ability to ensure consistency and high standards in pastry production
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Experience in luxury hotels or resorts is highly preferred
