Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
• Experience in HR management within the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor law, recruitment, training and employee relations
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that support staff engagement and retention
