Position: General Maintenance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar maintenance position
- Good personality, professional attitude, and high motivation
- Practical knowledge of building maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC support
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shift schedules
- Strong teamwork, good communication, and attention to safety and preventative maintenance
