Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department of a hotel.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
- A commitment to delivering a simple and smart guest experience.
