Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
• Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department of a hotel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• A commitment to delivering a simple and smart guest experience.
