Position: Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to ensure all systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Vocational diploma or equivalent in a technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
• Strong technical skills and a good understanding of general building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
