Position: Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
- Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to ensure all systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Vocational diploma or equivalent in a technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
- Strong technical skills and a good understanding of general building maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
