Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred
• Experience in HR functions within hospitality or related industries; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations and training
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a positive work environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operational needs
