Position: Sugarsand Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a high-volume, upscale restaurant, preferably in a beachfront or resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a large service team.
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and knowledge of modern F&B trends.
• Fluent in English.
