Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role, preferably in a lifestyle or boutique hotel.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, genuine, and engaging personality.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A passion for the local culture and sharing neighborhood stories with guests.
- Fluent in English.
