Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role, preferably in a lifestyle or boutique hotel.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, genuine, and engaging personality.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• A passion for the local culture and sharing neighborhood stories with guests.
• Fluent in English.
