Position: Head Baker

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Head Baker or in a senior bakery role within a 5-star hotel or large-scale bakery.
• Expertise in a wide range of baking techniques, including artisanal breads, pastries, and viennoiserie.
• Creative flair for developing new and exciting bakery products.
• Strong leadership skills to manage the bakery team and operations effectively.
• Deep understanding of hygiene and food safety (HACCP) standards.
