Position: Pacific Club Ambassador

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Club Lounge or Front Office role within a 5-star hotel.
• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and gracefully.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
