Position: Front Office Supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate front desk agents to deliver outstanding service.
