Position: Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to train and motivate front desk agents to deliver outstanding service.
