Position: Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant FOM in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, managerial, and motivational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of front office operations and guest service standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A service-minded individual dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.
