Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably within a 5-star international hotel brand.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a large kitchen brigade.
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development, food presentation, and culinary concepts.
• Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP and all food safety regulations.
