Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role within the luxury hotel sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of corporate, MICE, and industry contacts in the Jakarta market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
