Position: Chief Engineer

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer in a 5-star hotel.
• Pre-opening and project management experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent leadership, budget management, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong focus on preventive maintenance, sustainability, and safety.
