Position: Restaurant & Lounge Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant and lounge in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on service excellence and team development.
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
