Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant and lounge in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on service excellence and team development.
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
