Position: DUTY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same roles.
• Passionate person, excellent in interpersonal, leadership, communication and time management.
• Provide overall management support in the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, service quality, security, and smooth operations, with a focus on front office activities.
• Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
