Position: Sommelier

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in restaurants, bars, or hotels in food and beverage roles.
• Certified Sommelier (CMS), WSET Level 2 or 3.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the wine list and beverage list.
• Familiarity with wine service etiquette (opening, decanting, pouring).
• Knowledge of wine pairing expertise.
