Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or guest service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
