Position: Bar Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a 5-star luxury resort or high-end bar.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, premium spirits, international wines, and beverage trends.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in training, mentoring, and managing a team of bartenders and bar staff.
- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a discerning international clientele.
