Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proficient in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• A professional and welcoming demeanor.
